2 15 oz cans Bush’s black beans
2 Tbsp CapTri
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup chopped Roma tomatoes
2 cloves garlic minced
1 ½ tsp “No Salt”
2 Tbsp lime juice
Drain and rinse beans. In food processor puree beans, CapTri, onion, cilantro, (save 1 Tbsp for garnish, minced garlic, tomatoes and hand mix, keeping 1 Tbsp aside for garnish. Place dip in serving dish, garnish and serve with veggies, organic chips, soy chips, etc.
