You just hired a Personal Trainer to begin working with you for three months. You want to lose 25 lbs and feel good about yourself; BUT, you have doubts in your mental ability to achieve this goal.
1. Create a mental pic of you succeeding and cement in in your mind. Never disgard it; nurture it with positive words that you write on your vanity mirror and / or pics of "how you are going to look" placed on mirror and refrig.
Always visualize yourself succeeding and immediately recognize negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Ex: wow, today I seem to be holding fluid in my body, bloated, yuk!
Replacement: well, I am putting in an hour of cardio today which will blast the bloat and by the way, my hair looks really awesome!
