Upon completing the necessary Fitness Assessment and Personal Goal Profile, we will discuss your current fitness status, fitness goals, your lifestyle schedule, and the time frame for achieving your goals. This information will determine the training package most appropriate for you.
So Which Personal Training Package is Best for You?
  • Basic-Curves 12: 12 hours - serves as an introduction to fitness and “new behaviors.”
  • Strength-Curves 20: 20 hours - set goals and “feel muscles strengthening.”
  • Power-Curves 30: 30 hours - start to see muscle definition and “get over the hump.”
  • Super-Curves 60: 60 hours - realize a new level of fitness and “commitment to yourself.”
  • Dangerous-Curves 90: 90 hours - believe it’s a “lifestyle change” with exceptional results.
Training packages are available one-on-one and in group-settings of 2 to 4 people. We will help place you in a group where you are comfortable and motivated.

Sessions include warm-up and warm-down time. Sessions per week will be determined during your assessment and based on factors such as your fitness level, your nutrition, your performance, your time, and your overall goals. Most weeks are made up of 3, 4, or 5 sessions depending on your needs and time.

Titanium Personal Training Package
Our Titanium Training Package provides completely private training sessions and assures that no other clients or trainers will be present in the facility. This package also allows for greater flexibility in the scheduling of training sessions.

Pricing
Prices range from $67 to $230 per 60-minute session determined by the training series you purchase and location. Sessions are sold in series of 12, 20, 30, 60 or 90 sessions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Donna instructs in the Memphis, TN location only, but is also available for training anywhere within the United States. Costs are by separate contract.
